A standard visiting/inspection fee of ₹350 is applicable for all service requests. This charge covers the technician’s visit and initial diagnosis and is non-refundable. - Pricing & Approval
After inspection, a repair estimate will be provided. Work will only proceed after customer approval. Any additional repairs or parts required will be informed and approved before proceeding. - Service Warranty
Warranty on repairs or parts (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of service. Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, or external factors. - Spare Parts
Charges for spare parts are separate and depend on availability and brand specifications. We strive to use quality parts, but availability may vary. - Service Availability
Same-day or urgent services are subject to technician availability and service location. - Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information regarding the appliance issue and ensure a safe working environment for the technician. - Cancellation Policy
Service requests can be cancelled before technician dispatch. A cancellation fee may apply if the technician has already been assigned or dispatched. - Limitation of Liability
